So far I love living here! It is very peaceful and quiet, classy, and meets all of my needs! The workout room is amazing, free weights, machines, television, perfection! Appliances are great, this property was built in 2004 I believe and everything is very up to date and comfortable. I love the solar screens on the windows, and smart meters, my electric bill is lower than it's ever been in my life here! The office staff are angels, sweetest girls ever, and the maintenance men are fast, friendly and efficient. My only complaint is the pet deposit is in my opionion a little high for my two small dogs ($500 for each so $1000 total) but that's a small sacrifice to live in a place as nice and peaceful as this, and at least it's half refundable. May be a little pricier, but your safety and peace of mind are worth it! Remember sometimes you get what you pay for, and you're going to save a ton of money with the low energy bills here alone! You'll LOVE it!
