There are 50-75 open parking spots for all 402 apartment units at the Andalucia Villas. The complex was designed this way to force residents to pay an extra $25-$100 each month for covered parking or a garage (because if you cannot find a spot and park in reserved parking, a contract is on file between Andalucia and ARS Towing and you will be towed at your expense. And it's $300.)

Even if you do purchase reserved parking, your guests will not have anywhere to park. Whenever my neighbors have guests over their guests have to park at the Stripes gas station and walk to the Andalucia. This poor layout by Weidner Properties is reason enough for 1-star.
