I have lived here over 3 years and experienced normal rent increases. I just received my renewal notice and they are raising my rent $146 per month! That is $1752 per year!! I understand they are making improvements to the complex, but $1752 is WAY out of line! This is for a 12 month lease. When I asked why such a large increase they stated it was due to the improvements. WOW! They haven't made significant improvements to this complex in over 20 years and now I have to pay for it!
