Everyone is moving out and sadly the management isn't trying to keep current residents. This is because we know these apartments are not luxury and not worth the increased rent! Rude staff and management that don't communicate just make it worse. Dog poop everywhere and digs without leashes and no fines. Loud neighbors, noisey construction will wish you had ambien! Don't even stop to look - keep driving!

My experience here has been ... poor.

I have been living here a year, and other than the construction noise and occasional neighbor party, it has been a pretty good experience.

That all changed when the name/ownership changed. There are no more events, the office staff (who was formerly pleasant) changed, and it's just a whole different environment.

These are nice apartments in a good area, but I just don't think it's worth the price you'll pay anymore. It's unfortunate.

This place used to be Elan Market Center. We've lived here for 2 months and it is nothing but a frat house. If that is what you like, partying until wee hours of the morning and strippers in the unit above you then go for it; however, if you're educated and have an actual job that requires you to get up at a normal hour, then this isn't the place for you.
