I've lived here for six months. Let's start with the entrance. It is full of very large potholes, which I was told would be fixed, but like everything else it hasn't. There is dog poop everywhere, no one has picked it up ever, it just piles up and rots. The pool is full of ducks who do their business there. The so called tennis court is all cracked and has not net, the basketball court is the same. The apartment is over 30 yrs old and looks over 40. Even remodeled it is less than desirable because those do the remodeling don't take pride in their work. Bad paint jobs, ceiling spray on the walls. Bathroom with 30 yr old toilet and tub. Tile is cracked and filled with caulk, (badly). Kitchen has new applicances, which are the cheapest I've even seen. Cabinets and repainted particle board, and the doors and drawers don't close properly. Sliding glass doors and so thin and old you can literally feel the wind come through . Staff are friendly but it takes a month or more to get anything done. Even the simple things takes weeks. Walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbor in the bathroom. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Can't wait to leave. This place used to be called Dublin apts, look them up, you will read similar reviews.
