The outside trash bins that they rent for maintenance and remodeling is over flowing due to management not paying the company, they need to pay for them to come pick up the disgusting eyesore. The current management doesnt enforce rules, certain tenants are rude, allowing their children to go unsupervised and tag up the walls and run around making noise and leaving their mess behind. I cant wait to leave here.

Great location but property managed by rude and unprofessional staff. Some units upgraded but the affordable apartments have outdated appliances. Pool closed (and has been for over a year) due to property losing city permit. Courtyard community, sound bounces off brick walls and very noisy at all hours. We had rodents when we first moved in and another tenant had to be moved to a different unit due to insect infestation.
