We really enjoyed our stay at Rosemont Park. The office staffs are very attentive and whenever I called for a maintenance issue they will take care of it by the next day. Yes! I felt very safe living there and had no problem taking the bus to and from work with the bus stop within 5-minute walk. There are plenty of parking spaces and we did rented one spot with roof for our nicer car. I have had friends over and needed to park overnight with management giving us parking passes. We also rented washer and dryer to be connected in our unit so that was nice. All the appliances were new and updated. We had new carpet too. It is within 15 minutes drive to where ever we needed to go so it was very convenient. I am glad I found Rosemont.

During school semesters there is little to no parking.Even though they give you parking permits towing is not enforced. I lived here for a year and have gone through three different managers. Work orders are not done unless you call the office complaining everyday nauseous they are not written down. The actual apartments are nice but not worth the price, your only paying for the zip code.
