Autumn Chase Apartments are fairly cheap especially for being two floors with a washer and dryer unit upstairs. My year stay was average and nothing more. Maintaince was alright and office service, one specific lady, was sometimes poor. Otherwise Isabel will take care of you. There was a flood my first semester and they did not compensate the water bill, so that definitly out weighed any good for that time of year.
