Very MISERABLE experience. The office staff were very ignorant of the rental process. Office staff failed to answer calls for days at a time, despite leaving contact information on their voice message system. The apartment failed to honor our established move-in date, failed to return calls or e-mail messages in a timely manner, and quite frankly did not act as if they were interested in renting out the property but made it feel as if they were doing the applicants the favor by even doing the paperwork. Lack of professional courtesy or consideration, but no hesitation to take and keep application fees and deposit.
