I lived in Sturbridge for five years - it was my first off-campus apartment and I lived in a 3 BR apartment, a 3 BR townhouse, and a 2 BR apartment during those years. I've watched Sturbridge grow into a beautiful community. All the units are completely remodeled and gorgeous... vinyl wood floors, new appliances, new carpet, etc. Staff is always incredibly personable, helpful, and efficient. They have one of the best pet policies in town and the apartments/townhouses are a fantastic value for Blacksburg. I'd still live there if I hadn't moved out of town!
