When I moved in, the people working in the office were great and very helpful. Over the last year, the entire office staff changed. They went from good customer service to trying to make money through fines. I moved here because I had a dog that other places would not allow (due to his breed). One of the selling points is that I wouldn't have to worry about my friends' cars getting towed, since we didn't need parking permits, but that has changed as well. I would give more specifics, if I wasn't afraid of being harassed, but there is a reason they have good specials in the summer, it is because they cannot retain their residents. The utilities are very high, because the place is older and not well insulated, which is not the staff's fault, but still adds to the negatives. The rent has been increased a lot, and frankly this place is way overpriced for what you get.
