If you don't mind noise then this is the place for you. I live in the second buildings (Bethania Ct) from the front and I constantly hear noise from an apartment upfront on the end by the entrance. People are standing/sitting outside all hours of the night talking and laughing extremely loud, and bouncing basketballs, shouting/cursing at each other in argument, etc. It's sad because people driving by or entering the complex see this and it just isn't a good look.
