Would definitely not recommend this property. Bad management. Very thin walls, you can hear all conversations next door. I hate my neighbor's chanting/praying in the early morning and late night. You can hear children crying and dogs barking in the middle of the night, waking you up from deep slumber. Very bad website for online payments, you will lose a lot of money from extra fees. They are also very strict for late payments, even if it was the fault of their poor website. I really don't see any benefit in staying here; there are lots of better apartments in the Puyallup/ South Hill area.
