My perceptions were positive. I would have leased an apartment.

I don't like that the rental rates change on a daily basis when you are applying for a lease.

Good location, I like the trees, decent price, good neighbors

"Would" recommend for its location.
"Wouldn't" recommend for high rental rates.

I love the location of the community. It is easy to walk to shopping and entertainment. The community landscaping appears very well maintained. The shrubs are trimmed and there was no trash or debris evident. The apartment I toured was ready for move-in. All surfaces were clean. I was disappointed that the apartment was showing it's age. The woodwork was worn and the appliances were miss matched. The community amenities are noteworthy. The indoor pool was sparkling and very inviting along with the indoor hot tub. The club house lounge was large and clean with the exception of the carpet.

Mostly due to the neighborhood and the people lurking around. The apartments are very reasonably priced and large in size.

This place is pretty great for a chain apartment place. Love the ammenities and that i have only found 2 spiders.

I already do. For most of them it is a little expensive, however, I still recommend it.

I like the perk of having an inside pool, however, if I was a real customer I would not have leased the apartment based on the dirty kitchen.

This community is located near a major artery with access to all retail services and public transportation. The community is near other multifamily communities, including several condominiums, and similar in size, amenities and price. The management staff is available and willing to help.

This community sits in the heart of the shopping core of the Renton commercial community. It is very close to freeway access as well as other popular restaurants and attractions. It is minutes from a major shopping mall and is an ideal location for those who work nearby. I thought it might be a bit pricey for the location but the amenities offered are worth it.
