no air flow in apt - 8th floor is a constant 90 degrees. with an ac hookup (one of the few, as many do not) I i leave my ac on 24/7 and can get it down to no less that 76.

I love it here. The rent is a little too much. Also there is no AC or ports on my side of the building. The way the windows are, no air comes in and it’s always hot, even in the winter. Also when the smoke comes, it’s too hot to close the windows and that’s dangerous. However, it’s a beautiful place, the staff is wonderful, it’s clean, quiet, and maintenance Is great.

The location is alright, parking is expensive-I would expect it to be lower since we’re not in a downtown location or high demand parking area.

Everything is under construction and we can’t use anything we pay extra for. The leasing staff takes several days to answer an email and when they do answer the response is vague and unhelpful.
