Renters beware. I searched for a review of this place before I signed my lease. There were no reviews anywhere on this particular apartment complex since it is relatively new. I would highly recommend people think twice about signing a lease here. We had so many problems that only started with the leasing agents telling us pretty much anything to get us in the door and sign a lease. The problems compounded after that. The apartments themselves are cheap and not built very well for the money you will pay. The laminate floors will echo sound from the units around you. If your lucky to live below extremely quiet people (or on top level), then you may be alright, but if people are active and/or have kids, you will have many sleepless night and will not be able to enjoy a peaceful dinner or movie. We have been straight lied to many times by the management and staff and are very displeased with this community. They exploit information to the rest of their staff if you express displeasure or complain. I mean how does maintenance staff know particular information about your lease and the stuff you have discussed with the management staff, they shouldn't but they do. You can do way better for the price.
