I would recommend because it is very clean, staff is nice, neighbors are quiet, and complaints are addressed quickly and with kindness. But the rent rate is still too high.

If you are not sensitive to the smell of curry and do not mind hearing your neighbors easily when they have guests over, the apartments are beautiful and appliances very energy efficient so this would be the place for you.
