There are a lot of dogs at this property and despite the managements clear best efforts, the pet owners do not all adhere to the pet policies concerning where their pets relieve themselves or bark.

Though it has great amenities, location and staff. However, the value is too high for the space provided in each unit.

I think the worry of hearing neighbors and being heard by neighbors being such a concern would not be something they would want to deal with. I don't think not being able to buzz visits up would be something they would like either.
