The leasing professional was outgoing and friendly. The community was maintained. I would very likely refer others to the community.

This community would wow you. The agents, location and amenities were impressive.

The location was the top selling point for this property. Some of the apartments were upgraded, but many were not and may or may not be in the future plan. The fitness center was the size of a bathroom. However, it did have the standard machines to make it work. The leasing professional I worked with was outstanding. I honestly believe she wanted me to lease an apartment at Ingleside and did a great job showcasing the property.

The community, though a little outdated, was a good short term option for anyone looking for centrally located living. The amenities were bare minimum and the floor plans were also outdated.

The fitness room was small, but the pool was gorgeous. The leasing agent was amazing, she added value to the community.

I would recommend the community to my friends and family. The community felt like home to me.

The staff is very courteous and professional. This community is on a busy street and close to shopping, schools, restaurants, etc. It is a fairly small community with nice amenities. The apartments are very spacious. They are upgrading which looks very nice and fresh.

I did not like how the electric bills are divided. I lived in a community like this once, and the bills were ridiculously high and I could not control my electric due to it being based on number of occupants and square footage. The apartment layouts were nice and there was a ton of natural lighting. I liked how each apartment had an in apartment washer/dryer. The gym could be updated. The community was fairly small, which was nice as well.

The community was well maintained and clean. The community is conveniently located. The staff was professional and friendly.

The property was warm and inviting and the amenities were extraordinary. The apartments were in excellent condition and the grounds and parking lot were immaculate.

The apartment had a walk-in closet, full-sized washer/dryer and stainless steel appliances. The community had a pool, fitness center and business center. I would be happy living there and calling it my home. I would recommend it to others.

The property is an attractive, small community. The apartment had an interesting floor plan and the kitchen was exceptionally well planned. I would recommend it.

It is a nice community, however, I am paying the same amount for a three bed room, and the only notable difference is the appliance upgrade in the kitchen.
