Quiet, yet not very clean externally

The community is in a nice area, which is why I can understand the high rental rates. The service was okay, but nothing spectacular.

I thought it was odd the person I talked with on the phone never acknowledged me when I walked in.

This is a small community. They did not have any models available to show prospective residents at this time.

Overall, I was very pleased with the visit. Kristen was very engaging in conversation and made me right at home.

It is a quiet complex and the management are in top of the maintenance crew and they are doing an excellent jo.

I would say it is quiet, cleaned, and well maintained.

I like the place is very quiet but the apartment had some problems and we are waiting for the maintenance crew to repair it because they had to order some parts.

The community was nice and maintained up to standards. The agent was pleasant and professional.

The leasing agent was friendly and professional. She was knowledgeable and seemed to tailor the apartment to my needs.

As a customer, the representative was very robotic. During the telephone call, I was a little uncomfortable. She was very sharp with me and made me feel a little small. She came off as not really caring if she gained a resident or not. I really did like the grounds, and the apartment was nice. Everything that she talked about was a selling plot. The fact that she did not even talk about pricing rates when I came to the site told me that she was more interested in finding a way to do an emotional sell. At the end of the tour, I was not very interested in getting an application.

The community was very well maintained. The buildings had just been painted, giving them depth and personality. The leasing professional was delightful and easy to carry a conversation with, while also being very informative. I loved the floor plan I looked at, and the help the leasing professional gave me to try and make my furniture fit.
