The apartment I toured was clean, but the kitchen cabinets were not clean on the side. Having the park connected and in the back of the community was a nice feature for children. There should be a golf cart to help the leasing professionals give tours. I almost did not see the park and the second pool. I had to remind the leasing professional, and when I did, she seemed to not want to walk back there. I also liked that it was gated.
