The difference between the "upgraded" model apartment and the basic model is night and day. Lots of repairs needed in the extremely worn out apartment. Would definitely not recommend anyone live near the tennis/basketball court since the other tenants do not comply with the hours of operation, and nothing has been done by management to enforce those hours.

It is noisy and in my opinion our apartment was not well maintained.

I would not recommend this place to anyone because the management is so rude. There is only one nice level headed worker in the office and her name is Jeanette! Everyone else is rude and the organization is terrible. And also just to show how unorganized Thai place is, they have my name under sonye that is NOT my name. It's just awful ever since new management came in! I can't wait to move out of here!
