The property was located on a busy street and was not completely private.

This community seemed very ordinary but it was attractively landscaped. One indication that the facilities are outdated is that the washers and dryers are coin operated while many complexes have converted to pre-paid cards for laundry.

I was not satisfied with what you get for the price. I think it was overpriced for what was offered.

I felt the leasing professional went through the motions to make me feel welcome. I did not feel a genuine connection with her, however, she played the role as a leasing professional presenting an apartment to rent and gave a thorough presentation.

The amenities were sufficient to make this a nice place to live but were not exceptional. The leasing professional and the maintenance staff I encountered were both friendly, professional and acted like they had pride in this property. While the cabinetry seemed outdated, having a gas stove made up for the older kitchen design. The bathroom was much larger than I have ever seen in a one bedroom apartment of this type.

The apartment was nice but the property was showing it's age.

The property was clean and well maintained. The leasing consultant was personable and gave me his undivided attention during my visit.

This was a quiet, peaceful community. The rooms were nice sized, with more than enough closet/shelf storage.
