The community is beautifully maintained and everything looks brand new.

The community looked great and I felt I could no wait to pack my bags and live there. The leasing agent was great.

I left the community with lots of information and there was no question or concern that was left unaddressed. The community itself looked to be well maintained and I appreciated that the apartments came fully stocked with all of the needed appliances.

The leasing professional demonstrated how an apartment and the community would be perfect for me. She gave the impression she was really working in my best interest.

Overall, the community was well kept and nicely maintained. It was clean and appeared to be a decent, quiet place to live. The apartment was updated and modern with current fixtures and the rooms were a great size and the laundry was a bonus feature.

The rates were very fair for the area if one qualified for their affordable housing program. I definitely recommend the community.

The property manager was polite, professional and made me feel right at home. He was knowledgeable and kept my attention as he toured me through the property, highlighting all of the amenities and making me feel as if i lived there already. Enjoyed the tour and conversation.

I am glad there is a corporation that offers affordable housing for different types of incomes. They still offer nice amenities, and the property is well kept. The landscape has nice flowers and plants. Talking with the consultant really made me want to rent. She was candid about apartment living.

The price to rent the clubhouse seemed high and you are not allowed to have your own barbecue which is disappointing considering the spacious patios on the first floor. Other than that it is a nice community.
