I will not recommend this property as they charge too much for rent for such small space. It's cramped and there is not enough parking (within) the gates. They should go down on the rent.

I hope that these issues will be worked out, however at this point I will steer my friends and family clear of this place.

Disappointed by cleanliness of flooring in entry, hallways, stairwells, garage. Previous owners had entry and hallways done daily, stairwells power washed regularly, and garage power washed regularly and any loose trash removed daily.
There is only one mat that I've seen (left by previous owners) and the garage is so filthy that my carpet is getting dirty from just walking in from the garage.

Over priced poor schools and high crime area

Recent changes in management have left me less confident in recommending the apartments here
