The Birch Commons and Birch Court communities are located across from two large apartment communities. The community is well maintained and has adequate signage to help you find them. The community is clean and well kept. There are single level and townhouse options available. The community is within walking distance to an elementary school, but there are no grocery stores within walking distance. The staff was engaging and pleasant, however, I was not told about or shown the community amenities. The apartments are large and well maintained, but the rental rate is pricey for the area. The community offers solar panels on some apartments, which is a huge plus! Overall, a nice community, but it is nestled within an area with three low-income communities, so the price was high.

The community did not have any floor plans available to view when I visited. The pictures I saw showed a very spacious two bedroom. The apartment offered lots of extra storage space. the community amenities were attractive. The leasing staff was friendly and helpful.

This community offered a convenient location, several floor plans, and attached garaged with a washer and dryer connection. The amenities were attractive. The community was clean and attractive. If I was a real customer, I would lease at this community and would definitely recommend this community based on my overall experience.

“Home” feeling.

The single level units were exceptional and gave one a home type feel to living rather than just another apartment. They were simple and spacious residences with a nice backyard as well.
