I gave the agent high ratings because I felt far more comfortable with her than any previous interactions of this sort. The ratings for the community were also high because the pristine appearance. While small, it was adequate for me and appeared well taken care of. Because of the well-cared-for nature of the apartment and grounds, I believe this community would attract people who would take care of their apartment. I would certainly rent here if I was looking for a small apartment, convenient to stores, and personal care services.

This community had the usual amenities; however, it was extremely clean, beautifully landscaped, and appeared expertly maintained.

I had a great experience visiting the property. My tour guide was very nice and appeared genuinely interested in helping me. The community looked like a happy place. I like the community and would recommend this to someone I know.

The apartments were very nice and modern. The staff was amazing, very sweet, energetic, and genuinely cared about their customers.

She was one of the best agents I have come across. She was engaging and helpful. She did not take me on a tour of the whole community as I am accustomed to doing. However, it was a good experience with a lot of positive notes.

The leasing professional was young, but related to me well. We talked about change in life and how it was good at times. She was friendly and encouraging about making a change to a new location.
