This is a clean and quiet community located in Northwest Fresno. Close to Champlain/Perrin and Woodward Park this is a terrific location. There are several floor plans to choose from and some come with detached garages and all units come with full size washer/dryers. Amenities include, a swimming pool lounge area with spa and barbecues, a 24 hour state of the art fitness center, onsite maintenance and courtesy patrol. This community is also pet friendly. Staff is personable and professional.

The Shires Luxury Apartments certainly lived up to their name. The community was conveniently located and quiet. It was fairly new and offered many amenities. The management and leasing staff were excellent. They were knowledgeable about the apartments, all the amenities and were available to help with whatever you needed. Overall, this was a beautiful community and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Solid features. Kelly is very dependable and friendly. The neighborhood is relatively safe minus a couple garage break ins. Good location near river park. For those new to Fresno, it is a safe bet but a little pricy once compared to options in the area.

The office staff is incredible, the amenities (pool, common area, and gym) are clean and well taken care of, location is perfect, and my apartment is spacious and like new. What's not to love?

This community offered what sounded like superior services. Leasing at this community was an easy consideration as the location, parking, ease of access, and amenities inside and outside of the apartment were a perfect fit. The cleanliness, quietness, and overall wow of the community had me wanting to lease as soon as possible.

They were very beautiful apartments. They really had a very comfortable feeling and a great deal to offer in comparison to a lot of properties I have looked at. The size of all of the rooms and storage space was commendable. I would be very comfortable living there.

It's our Home
We don't just live here, this is our home. We enjoy the pool area, coming home to clean surroundings, quite neighbors, spacious appartment (many builders miss the boat on providing luxury to their designs) and of course our friendly staff.

This was a lovely community located in Northwest Fresno. There were several floor plans to choose from and all came with full size washer/dryer, granite counter tops, energy efficient GE appliances and carpeted bedrooms. Amenities included a 24 hour fitness center, clubhouse with full kitchen and a beautiful swimming pool/spa area. The community was also pet friendly! It was a must see for anyone looking for the right place to call home.
I love this place!
My apartment here is quiet, full of windows, with laminate flooring and granite countertops. Washer/dryer in the apartment, tasteful landscaping. The staff here are just wonderful, they'll help with any request. Kelly spent hours of time helping me pick out my apartment, even coming over on her days off. And the maintenance manager, Rudy, is outstanding. These apartments are perfect for me.
