The community was in a great location with great views. The amenities were nice but the apartments were very pricey.

The community was new and very nice. It boasted numerous nice amenities and features. It was within a short walking distance to neighborhood shops and restaurants, and had one car garages.

I was surprised to find out there were no elevators within the community. I would highly recommend this community.

The community felt like a resort style living. The upkeep of the grounds were well groomed and free of debris. The leasing agent was very upbeat and friendly. She knew her community and made me want to consider living here based on her personality. The leasing agent was energetic, and she treated me like a friend, not like a customer. I felt she truly was interested in me. I could consider living in this community. I felt I would be happy livingt here. I think for the size of the apartment the rent was high. The amenities were everything you could look for. I do not know if I would recommend this community based upon the high rent. I would recommend this community based upon the leasing agent and the amenities.
