The property really glowed. From the leasing agent to the apartment features, the community conveyed welcome. The vaulted ceilings, covered carports and ceiling fans were attractive catches. It was a bummer not having an apartment or a model to show.

I would recommend the community to others. I enjoyed my time with the leasing agent and she was very helpful. The community was clean, well maintained, and offered nice amenities.

This was a well kept community near a Naval base. I might or might not recommend this community to friends and family.

This community offers one bedroom, one bathroom and two bedroom, two bathroom apartments. Two bedroom apartments come with full size washer/dryer and all apartments come with energy efficient appliances and ceiling fans. Select apartments come with fireplaces as well. Amenities include a beautiful clubhouse with complimentary WiFi, swimming pool/spa area, outdoor grilling area, covered parking and several playgrounds. This community was also pet friendly. The community was located close to the Lemoore Naval Air Station and not far from shops and schools. This was a nice, quiet and clean community worth taking a look at.

The community is lacking in charm. There are no green spaces or very little. Would not be long term residence for me.

The overall impression was that this would be a good community to live but the rent was high.

I was not impressed from the time I showed up and had to walk so far and around a corner to get to the office door. Once inside, I immediately did not see anyone and had to walk into a foyer and look around before finding the agent. She seemed rushed and disinterested in renting an apartment. The community had a lot to offer a resident but none of it was shown to me.

I thought they were priced way too high for Lemoore.
They were nice apartments, just not worth the rent they are charging.

The community is simply beautiful with nice amenities and a reasonable rental rate as well. However, I am ambivalent about recommending this community. While the leasing professional gave a fair presentation, she did not connect with me.

This was a nice community with an attractive clubhouse. There were major appliances included and washer/dryer units as well. The floor plans were spacious and some were available with fireplaces.

I did not see any amenities, so I did not feel like I could answer these questions accurately. The property parking lots were very clean, the landscaping looked very nice, the large room with the couches and television in it was appealing, assuming it was for residents to use and not just part of the office. I am not sure.

I really enjoyed my visit. The leasing professional was very helpful. I was made to feel very welcomed. She took very good care of explaining and describing all the features and amenities. I would definitely recommend this community to anybody.
