The building seemed to be a historic older building. The inside of the building was beautifully renovated and the apartments were spacious and tastefully updated as well. The appliances were state of the art and the community's amenities were all newer and well maintained. The leasing professional was organized, competent, professional and friendly. She did a great job of presenting the community and selling the apartments.

The community is located right in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. It is a newly remodeled building with high end lofts. The rooftop amenities offer good views, and living there will put you within walking distance of great restaurants.
