The space is beautiful, the staff is amazing. I couldn't give a 5 because of the parking. It's difficult to have anyone visit so I would hesitate to recommend.

The apartment has good floor plan, Appliances and amenities and service requests get resolved quickly. So very likely to recommend,

Only Drawback is very limited Guest Parking and We need to go down to escort everyone we invite to home. I had a tough time when invited 3-4 families for dinner and also this is the case when we booked club house for one party.
There should be a way they can park the car come to our home or club house directly.

The price range of the apartment is steep. There's also very limited guest parking. That said I would still recommend it just with those caveats.

Most of my friends have dogs and kids. There isn't any park nearby or a dog park. Within the community, there is only a small playground.

I would recommend as this is a nice apartment to live and good neighborhood. But I would say the rent is expensive.

Pre-COVID-19, the value of the amenities like work spaces, gym, access to light rail etc. added to the overall resident experience. With social distancing and other safety measures in place, some of these amenities are no longer to be counted. I still like the overall maintenance and the new construction advantage of this community and would recommend this community for a value adjusted to the market conditions.

As we are paying high rent, we were expecting some sort of discount during this covid pandemic time. Its been 5 months gym is closed garden is close swimming pool just opened.

High cost, especially right now during lock down, cannot even take advantage of community amenities

The CDC recommends social distancing, and we believe that limiting contact among people in these spaces offers the best protection for our community.
