Living right below a noisy unit with an inconsiderate neighbor can definitely make you not look forward to going home.

No additional/guest parking. Area is becoming more congested/ too many cars. No convenient entrance (have to make u-turn, which includes all the traffic)

I think the prices have gone up and I think it’s not worth paying that much for the apartment. I think even 3500 for a 2 bed is pretty high. Recently I did recommend two of my friends to get a 1BR with Den but they chose to rent elsewhere since he thought the cost for the area of apartment is too high.

Would - Great work staff (including leasing office members) and very responsive. Great community.
Would not - Too high price for the location (Milpitas) and the quality of accessories used are not top notch (compared to the rental price)
