For the price this was a good deal. The amenities could be upgraded as well as some two tone paint in the apartment. The community was charming and well maintained.

The community was nice but a bit dated. The do have workout equipment but very little of it and the room was very small. The clubhouse was nice and the pool was clean.

The property was an okay property. I saw one woman pushing around a shopping cart honking a horn trying to sell corn. The leasing agent and I walked right past her. Issues like that should be handled before showing prospective residents out on a tour.
the sight management lacks professional customer service... The apartment has cockroaches, ants, skin mites...scabies...i had to be treated for mites for almost a year and still have dark spots on my body from the itching and scratching my skin off. Rent is to high...the management has an attitude.... they make you pay for everything...even the trash removal...noisy ...i would think 110 times before moving here.
