Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I invite my friends over all the time and tell them how much I love it here. I also post on Facebook about all the functions or just take pictures of the sunsets...Most are becoming empty nesters and I tell them how wonderful it is to be able to just walk everywhere. Plus I take daily walks to different neighborhoods and tell them how safe I feel walking everywhere by myself.
Thank you for your great feedback!! We want to thank you for sharing your memorable experiences with us.

If you are single, love to party, and live for the downtown life, then this place is perfect. If you like a calm, and quiet apartment building, this is not it.
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback! We would love to discuss your concerns in more detail and help find a solution. Please call the leasing office at your earliest convenience.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

The building has a lot of teething problems and many normally accepted conveniences are non existent. One example is that it is impossible to let guests up to your floor. This is extremely inconvenient and basically not acceptable in this type of building. The building access system seems impossible for many vendors such as Amazon Now to figure out how to use. Most residents need to go to the lobby and let people in. Most buildings int he area provide the ability for tenants to allow vendors such as dog walkers and cleaners into their apartments during business hours. This is a standard courtesy that is a minimum for this type of building. My unit has been leaking water for a month and that is a really long time to wait for a resolution.
