My unit is cared for, and is very spacious. We have awesome amenities, and the staff does their job well. Rate is high, but I'm in the Valley...sounds good to say yet even better to call it our home. Overly content, and very proud to call this home.

Once again for the bad visitor parking. It's beyond irritating never having parking available for guests, and street parking is just as bad

there were issues with cabinet doors and counter tops when I moved in. Kitchen Cabinet Doors were in very bad condition. They were replaced but it took more coordination and effort on my behalf than I think it should have. The apartment should have been inspected and those things should have been fixed before I moved in. I would war potential renters to inspect the place thouroughly and prepare for a wait time for updates.

I don't think the rent is commensurate with the quality received. The place needs a bath; the apartment windows and blinds need to be updated; the remnants need to be better screened.

I could NEVER recommend this complex! It is poorly kept up, ridiculously laid out, extremely noisy, etc., etc., etc!

I would recommend this place because the property amminties and apartment and garage are a very good for what your money will get you in the San diego area. I wish I could buy the place I live in now.

We won't even invite friends or family over to our apartment because we are embarrassed about the neighbors and their lack of respect.

Parking is a big issue. Not enough visitors parking.

I cannot recommend this place to everybody because I know lots of people do not like to live in an apartment (which is not my case. I'd rather live in an apartment) other than that I will definitely recommend the place.

It is such a nice place that allows animals but I would be hesitant to suggest moving here to anyone only because of the front office services and people.

Dogs are constantly outside barking all hours of the day. There needs to be someone who monitors this and punishment for people who constantly have their dogs outside barking on the balcony all day / night.
