Nice area, nice people. Not many problems except people not picking up after their dog. Green grass, pools, just all nice.

See all the above comments, I think it's pretty clear why I will not and have not recommended Bella Terra to friends or family. It's grossly over priced for the extreme lack of amenities and comfort and lack of professionalism among the staff.

Unless I was of the world and didn't care about being respectful having morals or values of importance like Jesus, than I would say it's great for those type of people. But it's not.

The only reasons I would not recommend are as stated above, laundry and parking. I would recommend it because it is really nice here, very beautiful, convenient to get on the 78, and I think the staff is very receptive to inquiries and requests for assistance.

Any person that has come to our apartment immediately comments on the poop smell. Or that they had to walk half a mile (not an exaggeration) to get here. Not sure how to sell anyone on this place after that. We moved in because we happened on a great deal for our 2-bedroom. Our rent was raised a but when we renewed our lease, but if it goes any higher we will be leaving.

I don't have any friends up here, but if I did I would recommend!

When we first moved in was told only have to pay our own utilitirs . One month in a bill for water and trash comes not good at all. Over priced apartment Should be paying for small amenities
