Power goes out once a week in any type of wind. Noise level is extremely loud. Parking gate is always broken. water pressure is too low. Because of poor insulation costs a lot to keep apartment cold or warm. Constant road closures and construction

Se above. Overall the amenities are great. The problem will be with pricing, and the caliber of people you have moving in that will not abide by the rules.
