The community had average amenitities. They were the same as most communities. The pricing was high. I personally would not be comfortable in this type of community. The closets are small and the rooms are small.

I found the agent to be pleasant, personable and professional. That being said, I also felt at times that she either was not listening to me or did not care to respond. She also did not delve very deeply into my specific needs for the perfect apartment. In summary, I liked the agent and felt she did a good job of doing her job. I just wished there was more genuine warmth and curiosity.

The agent did relate to my needs as a renter with a child and relayed a sense of genuine excitement about the property. As I mentioned previously, I felt he empathized with my needs by mentioning that kids sometimes use the club house after school for homework. That was a great plus!
