I'm not sure what happened with management of this building but I feel as if it was better managed before. We had more community activities and we won't forced into accepting a third party mail services. The recent changes have really dampened by outlook on what's to come.

I have recommended friends to live here and the last person I recommended to live here that moved in had water leaking out of the ceiling, water damage, carpets torn up, and had an overall very negative experience.

I would never recommend this place to anyone I care about. They would never have a working garage door, they'd never feel like they or their property is safe, and they'd hate me after living here for even 3 months.

I did wish there was an option for check deposits to pay rent. with my banking and business flow it would be nice to be able to pay and get it done and not have to wait for electronic timeliness vs. taking care of business strait forward.

Only been here during COVID so very difficult to comment on amenities. Apartments are nice. For price that I am paying, would expect more value. (Obviously Radiant cannot control Colorado government. Restrictions)
