I would never recommend Helios to anyone.

Very noisy and expensive rent. Very good location.

Sorry, but for the price paid for a unit here vs the poor water pressure, small parking garage, next to no visitor spaces compared to the amount of rental units, unmaintained dog run, and hallway carpet turning gross day by day, I won't be resigning my lease nor recommending Helios to friends or family.

The quality of the floors/walls. I feel like I live under a circus elephant trainer. You can hear everything your neighbor above you does. Makes for uncomfortable living situation when you are on different sleep schedules. You can likewise hear anyone in the hall and next door as if you're in the same room. Kitchen sink water could be hotter as well, not ideal for cleaning dishes.

Rent with the new management company went way up for new people trying to lease

Not enough parking. Charging for guest parking. Low water pressure.
