It was a lovely property, well worth the price, particularly since one garage space was included and they were waiving the application and amenity fees. The living room in the apartment I saw was a little smaller than I would like but it was still workable. I would definitely recommend the property. The amenities were great, everything looked new even though the building was almost ten years old. They were upgrading to stainless steel appliances and they want to help you make the place your own with little touches such as painting accent walls any color you would like.

Jennifer's performance was excellent. She customized the tour based on the community's best features. She was very proud to show the apartments and the amenities. She conveyed a genuine effort to help and meet expectations. Jennifer even tried to make it unique with her scratch and win card and a good bag.

Although the community was nice, she was the best part of it.

I would not recommend this place knowing the train runs right by it, and you can hear it. Sorry big turn off!

This is an exceptionally beautiful community located high on a hill overlooking a secondary highway. Once you are in the courtyard by the pool, you are far above the road traffic.

The exterior amenities were of the most interest to me. The covered parking reachable by elevator without going outside was appealing. The heated pool and common area with gas fire pits and grills seemed like a good place to socialize and meet new people. I felt the living space was tight for the price offered.

I truly liked this property and would move in if I could. I love the area. It is very convenient, and I very much liked the two employees I met. Also, the two tenants I met seemed very friendly. Just a nice place to live.
