I would recommend this property to others. It was an attractive community, but I did notice that some of the amenities could use an upgrade. The agent was polite, but she lacked enthusiasm at times.

The kitchens had new black appliances, which go well with the wood cabinetry. The community was a little dirty and could be maintained better, but the lakes were beautiful and seemed to be kept up. The buildings were dated and several residents had a ton of stuff on their balconies which made the community seem cluttered.

The presentation was robotic. The leasing professional did not get to know me or my needs. I did not know about the management company at all or about the maintenance.
