This is my first time living in an Apartment.
The Neighbors are awesome and makes my day when the community dogs come and greet me.
I will leaving soon to move in with my Fiancé but if we ever sell and look to rent will definitely be back.

I’ve been living in The District a little over three years and I have noticed a decline in attention the the cleanliness, especially in the hallways and stairs. They are usually filthy with stains from garbage spills, pet urine and grime. There should be frequent cleaning. Also the pool area was a lot nicer 3 years ago with the furniture under the tents. I do appreciate the new lawn chairs.

Pool closed several times. Gates always being repaired. Maintenance never took care of one request. Too many delays with initial construction.

The gates are continually broken. And the trash service is not consistent. It does not seem like any residents are held to the same standard

The gate function is incredibly difficult to maneuver when more than one vehicle attempts to get through. It would behoove this apartment complex to consider a different type of gate.

I think all the rules need to be strictly enforced, I think this large of property needs security,and the speeding needs to stop
