The community was in a good location. The apartments were clean and the leasing professional was knowledgeable of the community.

The agent was enthusiastic, proud of the community and positive when promoting I call them my new home.

Upon moving in, I found several discrepancies that were overlooked by management and maintenance that are just ridiculous and inexcusable. For example, a broken window, disgusting carpet stains, broken carpet seams, a cracked tub, broken light fixture, damaged blinds, rusted door with puncture marks that had to be fixed twice because the maintenance worker did such a poor job repairing the door the first time. Not to mention they took almost a month to get me my washer and dryer after I had paid for it. The worst part is the ratchet leasing agents that have horrible, just horrible and nauseating, customer service skills. They are disregarding, unfeeling and outright rude and condescending. I recommend that NO ONE move into this apartment complex. It’s such a headache dealing with this unprofessionalism. The maintenance workers are lazy and the leasing agents are just plain incompetent. If I had the means to break my lease I would; that’s how much I hate this place but once my lease is up I will be moving elsewhere. Also, just a heads up; my car insurance went up because this area is considered to be "high risk". This is one of the worst experiences and I have only been here a month and I am regretting every minute of it. The amount of money they want you to pay is not, I repeat, NOT worth it. DON'T MOVE IN HERE, SAVE YOURSELF!!
