Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator
I did not feel that the leasing professional was interested in my business. Little time was taken to show me the apartment, and none was taken to show me any amenities, except for the pool because we walked right by it. She did not seem interested in getting to know me at all. I did not get a good idea of what the community had to offer based on the tour she provided. The community did appear clean, and she did say hello to a resident as we passed by her apartment. The apartment interior was attracted and offered all of the necessary kitchen appliances, as well as plenty of storage space. There are no laundry facilities, so residents are either required to rent or furnish their own washer and dryer or drive to a laundromat.
