The landscaping was in great need of attention. I did not see the apartment, but from the looks of the grounds, it would be unlikely that the actual apartment would be any different.

I do believe there should be more attention paid to driving or walking the prospective tenant around. I understand there were no apartments available at the time of my visit but because there was going to be an apartment coming available, I should have been toured around all the amenities available. This would have helped me see some more of the appealing attributes of the complex.
