The property was well maintained. Everything was clean with no trash onsite. You can tell the residents help take care and maintain the property and their individual areas with flowers and landscape. The size of the one bedroom was more than adequate with a good price range for rent.

I was impressed by the treatment I received when I went to the community. I fell in love with the community. It seemed like a nice place to call home.

Never do what they say they will do. Two months have gone by, I am still waiting for them to fix all the things they said they would. They told me this was a non-smoking building. A smoker moved in. They don't have the guts to tell them to move out, they were asked before they moved in if they smoke, they said no. They lied. I have asthma, and smokes makes it worst. I have a legal right to clean air. Smokers have no legal right to smoke.

The community was nice.

This community would be a nice place to live. They had a community garden and the food provided by the garden is available to all who live there at no cost. One nice feature you usually do not find at other rental communities is free transportation for shopping and other needs.

I am personally considering moving to an apartment, and this community is very close to what I am looking for. The leasing agent was professional. I was very pleased with this visit.

It seemed like a great community to reside in. It was well kept.

I'd say the leasing agent was extremely friendly. She seemed to try and accomadate us in what we wanted.
