I found the community to be appealing and well maintained. The Concord Team Member was engaging, energetic, friendly and professional. She seemed rushed in her sales presentation but very detailed and knowledgeable.

The office employees were not very professional. The office was not clean, cluttered and noisy. It is a leasing office and it was very difficult for me to hear the agent because of the people talking. It did not create a very appealing welcome.
