The community had a great curb appeal. The buildings were in great repair and did not have any damage. The office had a professional appearance and was neat. The amenities were in great condition. The associate was friendly and very knowledgeable.

I did not like the fact that I had to wait to be acknowledged. I noticed in the kitchen area in the clubhouse there were several signs telling people to keep out, employees only. I felt that could have been handled differently.

The leasing professional displayed a warm and nice personality. I feel that is very good, but one of the most important things to me is knowing that they should first tell me what they have to offer in features and amenities regarding an apartment.
